FAQ

Can beginners join mid‑term? Yes, subject to availability. We place students by level and help them integrate smoothly.
Is there homework? Light weekly practice is recommended to consolidate learning; exam‑track students may take on extra tasks by choice.
Do you prepare for exams? Yes—skills for school assessments and optional DELE (Escolar) practice (A1–B1) when appropriate, as well as IGCSE, GCSE, IB and other exams.
Where are the classes? In person at our Wan Chai centre.
How do I know my son or daughter’s level? If your son or daughter is not a total beginner we will assess him/her with a free level test.
Can my son or daughter join if he/she is a total beginner? For sure, we have total beginner courses so they can start this amazing journey!
What language is used? Primarily Spanish, with supportive English for parents when helpful.
What are the levels? We follow the DELE official levels A1, A2, B1, B2, C1 and C2.

THE LEVELS

4 modules – 20 hours each
- Understand and use very basic expressions to satisfy concrete needs.
- Introduce themselves and ask others questions about personal details.
- Interact simply as long as the other person speaks slowly and clearly.
5 modules – 20 hours each
- Understand frequently used expressions in most intermediate areas such as shopping, family, employment, etc.
- Complete tasks that are routine and involve a direct exchange of information.
- Describe matters of immediate need in simple terms.
6 modules – 20 hours each
- Understand points regarding family, work, school or leisure-related topics.
- Deal with most travel situations in areas where language is spoken.
- Create texts on topics of personal interest.
- Describe experiences, events, dreams and ambitions, as well as opinions or plans in brief.
7 modules – 20 hours each
- Understand the main ideas of a complex text such as a technical piece related to their field.
- Spontaneously interact without too much strain for either the learner or the native speaker.
- Produce a detailed text on a wide range of subjects.
